Our plant based RYP Protein Powder + Fruit Blend is the perfect addition to your smoothie! Each serving contains the perfect combination of fruit and 16 grams of protein along with an additional boost of Vitamin D!

There are plenty of different smoothie combinations, so pick your favourite and mix in RYP Protein Powder :) 

Ingredients: 

A Classic:

  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Fruit Blend
  • Frozen Mango 
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Banana
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 

Sweet & Spicy: 

  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • Banana
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Oat Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • Frozen fruit: pineapple, cherries
  • 1/2 avocado: fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Fruit Blend
  • 2 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of cayenne

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 heaping scoop plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 pear quartered
