Yep, that's right, we said Veggie! These chocolate bars are packed with protein and contain a FULL serving of mixed vegetables. Pack these in your lunch for a mid day snack, give them to your kid who doesn't like their veggies, or have them as a dessert!
- 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 4 tbsp RYP Protein + Veg Blend
- 60g nut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt *optional
- Chocolate Chips *optional
- Blend everything in a food processor.
- Transfer to your lined loaf tin and sprinkle sea salt if desired.
- Allow to chill for 1-2 hours then slice into bars.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
