Spinach Home Made Pasta

We're always looking for ways to add more greens into our diets and what better way then to add it to a home made pasta for a delicious and nutritious dinner.

We had bought our lovely mom a Kitchen Aid pasta attachment for Christmas and she has been taking any opportunity she can to use it!

You can really add any of our Vegetable Powders to your 1 1/4 pounds of dough

Add 2 tbsp of RYP Spinach Powder to Mixture

Run the Mixture through the Kitchen Aid to create the Pasta Style of your choice.

Trust me making your own pasta from scratch is 100% worth it, makes you feel like a true Italian with a little help from the Kitchen Aid Pasta Attachment...

Boil the water and cook the pasta until el dente

Top it off with Cajun BBQ Prawns, a heaping scoop of pesto and a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese.

Feel free to mix it up with toppings of your choice, all the cheese was mainly to please our Dad who wasn't sure about having Spinach Pasta in the first place..

An experiment turned into a success and everyone loved it!!
