Shipping Delays
Due to COVID-19 our RYP Team is doing everything we can to get your orders out as quickly as possible. To provide a safe environment for all RYP employees we will be shipping orders once a week and this may result in longer shipping times due to these safety measures.
If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out admin@rypnaturals.ca and we would be happy to look into this further, thank you for your patience.
Shipping Policy
Our team processes orders within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of Canadian Stat Holidays. Orders received on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day available.
Shipments will be made by Canada Post within Canada. Within Canada Standard Shipping times can range from 5 to 14 business days.
You will also have the option to choose between Expedited and Priority Shipping. Please be sure to provide a physical address when ordering, using the prompt of address suggestions when applicable.
You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and you will be able to track your order once your order has been process and shipped.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we truly apologize and we hope to make it up to you in the future.
We deal with each customer request on a case by case matter so please do us a favour and please contact us at admin@rypnaturals.ca with the subject line "RYP Request”
To process this request as efficiently as possible, please be sure that:
- You have attached the original email confirmation or screenshot with proof of payment
In this email please state in detail the reasoning of this request as well as if you are willing to try another product in exchange.
