Pumpkin Kodiak Cakes Muffins

Pumpkin Powder is Highly Nutritious is extremely rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E which helps boost your immune system, and protects your eyesight. 

This Recipe is from Kodiak Power Cakes which we used to make our own Muffins with RYP Pumpkin Powder!


  • 2 cups Kodiak Power Cakes Mix
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk (we used DF Almond Milk)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (at room temp)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Mix Kodiak Cakes Mix together with Baking Soda, Cinnamon and RYP Pumpkin Powder
  3. Add milk, egg, vanilla, and mashed banana and stir in melted coconut oil
  4. Divide batter into 12 lined or greased muffin tins, we use the silicone muffin cups to avoid waste and ease of removal
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes and check that a toothpick comes out clean
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan
