1 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 tbsp RYP Pumpkin Powder
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
2 large Eggs beaten
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Shredded
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the tahini, apple sauce, RYP Pumpkin Powder, coconut sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth and runny batter and pour into the baking pan.
- Top with Sliced Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds and Unsweetened Coconut Shredded.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is firm and lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
