RYP 20 Minute Bagels

Apple-Cinnamon Bagels and Blueberry Bagels that take 20 minutes.... SAY NO MORE! Naturally coloured and sweetened gluten-free bagels with our RYP An Apple a Day ~ Organic Apple Powder and our RYP Berry Delicious ~ Organic Blueberry Powder.

Apple-Cinnamon Bagels: 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp RYP Apple Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • Toppings: Chia Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Cinnamon, RYP Apple Powder

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). 
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, RYP apple powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in greek yogurt and mix well. 
  3. With damp hands, make bagels into desired shape and size and spread out onto a lined baking sheet. 
  4. Sprinkle toppings of choice and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top turns golden brown. Cool, Toast, Spread, and ENJOY! :) 

Blueberry Bagels: 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
