RYP Apple Cinnamon Granola Bars

We were looking for a quick and easy recipe with no hassle of blending or extra steps. Soooo we came up with this recipe on our own and it was delicious (& nutritious)! This recipe can be made with any of our fruit powders :) 


  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds (or nut of choice) 
  • 2 tbsp RYP Apple Powder 
  • Toppings of choice (coconut, dried berries, nuts, chocolate chips)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Prep baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a medium sized bowl, mash the banana with a fork
  4. Mix in oats, cinnamon, honey (or maple syrup), chopped almonds, RYP Apple Powder
  5. Press combined mixture flat into baking tin and form into a square or rectangle about 1 inch thick
  6. Top with desired toppings
  7. Bake for 15 mins
  8. Allow to cool 
  9. Cut and serve immediately or place in a freezer safe container and store for later!
