RYP Celery Cleanse

Start your day off right with this refreshing, fuel-packed smoothie! Celery is a great source of antioxidants, can offer protection against inflammation and may improve the lining of the stomach due to its nutrients. It also is a great source of both soluble and insoluble fibre, supporting a healthy digestive tract!  

 *1/2 tbsp RYP Let's Celerybrate = 1/2 cup raw celery*


  • 1 tbsp RYP Celery Powder
  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein + Veg Blend
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
