RYP Cranberry Apple Smoothie

The perfect combination of cran/apple to put that bit of a boost back in your step to finish off the week, start your day or give you that natural sugar kick you needed :)

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp RYP Oh Cranada ~ Cranberry Powder
  • 1 tbsp RYP An Apple A Day ~ Apple Powder
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3-6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add liquid, powders then the rest of the ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, enjoy!
