RYP Cranberry Apple Smoothie
The perfect combination of cran/apple to put that bit of a boost back in your step to finish off the week, start your day or give you that natural sugar kick you needed :)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp RYP Oh Cranada ~ Cranberry Powder
- 1 tbsp RYP An Apple A Day ~ Apple Powder
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 pitted date
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3-6 ice cubes
Directions
- Add liquid, powders then the rest of the ingredients to blender.
- Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, enjoy!
