RYP Easter Egg Bark

Remember our well-known and loved RYP Cranberry Christmas Bark? Introducing the RYP Cranberry Easter Egg Bark! RYP Cranberry Powder gives white chocolate the perfect natural sweetness and most beautiful colour. Keep this in your fridge for the perfect Easter-themed treat!

Ingredients:

  • White Chocolate chips or bars
  • Mini Eggs
  • Easter-themed sprinkles 
  • 2 tbsp RYP Cranberry Powder 

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Place large bowl filled with white chocolate on top of boiling pot. Stir melting white chocolate frequently. 
  3. Once melted, pour 1/4 of white chocolate into a small bowl and mix with RYP Cranberry Powder. 
  4. Line baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper and pour plain white chocolate in a 1/2 inch thick layer. 
  5. Dump dollops of RYP Cranberry mix on white chocolate. Using a knife, spread this mix in patterns of choice, have fun with it! 
  6. Dump sprinkles all over white chocolate along with mini eggs. 
  7. Place in fridge for 2 hours and then break apart into pieces. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
