RYP Energy Balls
The perfect snack with just the right mix to get you through the week! We have created a variety of Energy Balls with our RYP Powders.
Ingredients
Cranberry Coconut Bliss
- 2 tbsp RYP Cranberry Powder
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Cashews (can substitute for gf rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1-2 tbsp Almond Butter
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- Coconut Flakes for topping
Blueberry Coconut Chia
- 2 tbsp RYP Blueberry Powder
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Cashews (can substitute for gf rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1-2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- Coconut Flakes for topping
Apple Cinnamon Spice
- 2 tbsp RYP Apple Powder
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup GF Rolled Oats (can be substituted for cashews)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1-2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Water
- Pinch of Salt
Pumpkin Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
- 2 tbsp RYP Pumpkin Powder
- 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter (or any Nut Butter)
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup GF Rolled Oats (can be substituted for cashews)
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 1/3 cup DF chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp water
Pumpkin Spice:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup RYP Pumpkin Puree (mix 3 tbsp Pumpkin Powder with 1/2 cup water)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/4 cup oats (substitute for RYP Protein if desired)
- pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Carrot Cake:
- 2 tbsp RYP Carrot Powder
- 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter (or any Nut Butter)
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup GF Rolled Oats (can be substituted for cashews)
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- Topped with Honey and Coconut
Raspberry S'more:
- 2 tbsp RYP Raspberry Powder
- 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter (or any Nut Butter)
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup GF Rolled Oats (can be substituted for cashews)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- Mini marshmallows (in mixture and for topping)
Directions
- Add Dates & Nuts/Oats to Food Processor, Pulse until mixed and into smaller pieces
- Mix in RYP Powder, Nut Butter, Flax/Chia, Spices, Water and additional add ins to food processor pulse until you get a sticky consistency add more water if needed
- Roll about 1 tbsp of mixture into a ball and roll on a plate of coconut flakes for optional topping and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, place in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set
- Keep in Fridge for 1-2 weeks or in the Freezer for 3-6 months, enjoy!
