- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brewed coffee or a shot of espresso
- 1/4 cup plant based milk
- 4 tbsp RYP Protein + Fruit Blend
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- top with: maple syrup, nut butter, coconut, cinnamon, etc!
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, add your toppings of choice, and enjoy!
