RYP Espresso Protein Oats

Talk about starting your morning off right...! This bowl of oatmeal will be sure to keep you energized and caffeinated. Each serving contains 16g of RYP Plant Based protein, a FULL serving of mixed fruit, and an extra boost of Vitamin D!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup brewed coffee or a shot of espresso
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk
  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein + Fruit Blend
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • top with: maple syrup, nut butter, coconut, cinnamon, etc! 

Directions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. 
  2. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, add your toppings of choice, and enjoy!
