Our RYP take on a classic green monster from the Oh She Glows Cookbook. Don't have any fresh greens in the fridge, not a problem with our kale & spinach powders.
- 1 cup oat milk (can use any non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 tbsp Kale It Quits ~ Organic Kale Powder
- equivalent to 1 cup raw kale
- 1/2 tbsp Don't Stop Beleafing ~ Organic Spinach Powder
- equivalent to 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp almond butter (can use any nut butter)
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla (or any natural sweetner)
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we used Botanica)
- In a high speed blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth, enjoy!
