RYP Green Monster

Our RYP take on a classic green monster from the Oh She Glows Cookbook. Don't have any fresh greens in the fridge, not a problem with our kale & spinach powders.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk (can use any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 tbsp Kale It Quits ~ Organic Kale Powder
    • equivalent to 1 cup raw kale
  • 1/2 tbsp Don't Stop Beleafing ~ Organic Spinach Powder
    • equivalent to 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (can use any nut butter)
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla (or any natural sweetner)
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we used Botanica)

Directions

  1. In a high speed blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth, enjoy!
