RYP Green Tea Lime Pie Smoothie

This Green Tea Lime Pie Smoothie is featured out of the Oh She Glows Everyday Cookbook with the addition of Blume's Matcha Coconut Blend which is the perfect pick me up for a morning or afternoon treat.


  • 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
  • 1/2 tbsp Don't Stop Beleafing Spinach Powder
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup packed avocado
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1 tsp Blume Matcha Coconut Blend or Regular Matcha Powder


  1. In a high speed blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients and blend on high until smooth, enjoy :)
