RYP Mixed Berry Oatmeal Bread

Our Blend it Up ~ Organic Fruit Blend is such an easy way to sneak in a variety of nutrients among several different fruits. By incorporating this blend into your baked goods, your snack will be filled with flavour! 


  • 11/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup oat/almond flour
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas 
  • 1/3 cup plant-based milk 
  • 3 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Blend it Up ~ Organic Fruit Blend Powder
  • Additions: fresh blueberries for chunks, chocolate chips, coconut, walnuts. 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 (F). Line a circle or square dish with parchment paper or greased. 
  2. Mix all ingredients, except “additions”, into a large bowl until combined.
  3. Gently fold in chocolate chips and berries. 
  4. Pour into dish and spread evenly. Top with Coconut and Walnuts (if desired)
  5. Bake for 15-20 mins. Serve and enjoy cold or hot! :)
