Our plant based RYP Protein Powders are the perfect addition to your smoothie! RYP Protein + Fruit contains a full serving of mixed fruit and 16G of plant based protein! RYP Protein + Veg contains a full serving of mixed vegetables and 14G of plant based protein!
There are plenty of different smoothie combinations, so pick your favourite and mix in RYP Protein Powder :)
Ingredients:
A Classic:
- 1/4 cup RYP Protein + Fruit
- Frozen Mango
- Plain Yogurt
- Banana
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Sweet & Spicy:
- 1/4 cup RYP Protein + Veg
- Frozen Pineapple
- Banana
- Plain Yogurt
- Oat Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ginger

- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- Frozen fruit: pineapple, cherries
- 1/2 avocado: fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp RYP Protein + Fruit
- 2 tbsp RYP Protein + Veg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of cayenne

- 1 cup water
- 1 heaping scoop plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 pitted dates
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 pear quartered
- 4 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend
The Adult Milkshake:
- 1/4 cup RYP Protein + Fruit
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp nut butter
