Our plant based RYP Protein Powders are the perfect addition to your smoothie! RYP Protein + Fruit contains a full serving of mixed fruit and 16G of plant based protein! RYP Protein + Veg contains a full serving of mixed vegetables and 14G of plant based protein! 

There are plenty of different smoothie combinations, so pick your favourite and mix in RYP Protein Powder :) 

Ingredients: 

A Classic:

  • 1/4 cup RYP Protein + Fruit 
  • Frozen Mango 
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Banana
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 

Sweet & Spicy: 

  • 1/4 cup RYP Protein + Veg 
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • Banana
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Oat Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 cup plant based milk
  • Frozen fruit: pineapple, cherries
  • 1/2 avocado: fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp RYP Protein + Fruit 
  • 2 tbsp RYP Protein + Veg 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of cayenne

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 heaping scoop plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 pear quartered
  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend

The Adult Milkshake:

  • 1/4 cup RYP Protein + Fruit
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
