RYP Protein Veg Blend Omelette

A protein packed omelette to fuel you for your day! This breakfast contains a full serving of our RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend making sure you get your 14g of additional, plant based protein PLUS a full serving of organic vegetables.


  • 2 eggs 
  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend 
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Mushrooms 
  • Red Peppers
  • Onion 
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Avocado 
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Feta 


  1. Whisk together eggs and RYP Protein Powder in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Melt butter on a sauce pan. Add in chopped mushrooms, peppers, onion until sautéed. 
  3. Mix sautéed vegetables into mixing bowl with eggs and RYP Protein Powder until combined. 
  4. On low heat, add mixture to small saucepan and top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. 
  5. Cover and let cook until edges start to brown. 
  6. Flip omelette (carefully!) and cook until bottom browns. 
  7. Carefully place on a plate, top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta, hot sauce and other desired toppings. Serve hot, and enjoy! :)
