A protein packed omelette to fuel you for your day! This breakfast contains a full serving of our RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend making sure you get your 14g of additional, plant based protein PLUS a full serving of organic vegetables.
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp RYP Protein Powder + Veg Blend
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Red Peppers
- Salt, Pepper
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Whisk together eggs and RYP Protein Powder in a mixing bowl.
- Melt butter on a sauce pan. Add in chopped mushrooms, peppers, onion until sautéed.
- Mix sautéed vegetables into mixing bowl with eggs and RYP Protein Powder until combined.
- On low heat, add mixture to small saucepan and top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Cover and let cook until edges start to brown.
- Flip omelette (carefully!) and cook until bottom browns.
- Carefully place on a plate, top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta, hot sauce and other desired toppings. Serve hot, and enjoy! :)
