RYP Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp RYP #SquashGoals
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Pop it all in a blender and blend for 45 seconds, or until smooth!
  2. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon and Enjoy :)
