RYP Veg Protein Chocolate Bars

Yep, that's right, we said Veggie! These chocolate bars are packed with protein and contain a FULL serving of mixed vegetables. Pack these in your lunch for a mid day snack, give them to your kid who doesn't like their veggies, or have them as a dessert! 


  • 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 4 tbsp RYP Protein + Veg Blend
  • 60g nut butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • Pinch of sea salt *optional
  • Chocolate Chips *optional


  1. Blend everything in a food processor. 
  2. Transfer to your lined loaf tin and sprinkle sea salt if desired. 
  3. Allow to chill for 1-2 hours then slice into bars. 
  4. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
